High-precision step motors & drivers

Our Driver combines step motors equipped with high-precision encoders with the latest technology.

This reduces motor vibration while greatly speeding up the work speed of the machine. In addition to having an incredibly accurate work, the power consumption of the machine is reduced

High-precision ball screw

High-precision ball screw that provides repeatability and location accuracy.

It features high accuracy, and smooth movement. In addition, it is given a thorough heat treatment to prevent rust and corrosion. Our ball screw is a highly reliable product with a strict quality assurance system.

Control box

The control box consists of: A power switch, emergency stop button, and an inverter knob of the TOOLI CNC equipment.

The inverter can precisely control the number of spindles by using a digital meter according to processed material. An emergency stop button can shut down the power at any time to stop the machine from working.

High Performance Shaft

The linear bearing is characterized by low friction resistance, smooth movement and high accuracy. Used in combination with the guide shaft, it enables smooth motion using the bearings.

The shafts are chrome-plated high carbon steel, which prevent rust and corrosion while maintaining strong, lasting durability.

Aluminium Profile Bed + Clamp

The bed is made of aluminum and can be easily secured using a dedicated T-slot clamp.

Mach3 Software

Mach3 software can be connected to a PC to control the CNC and is a software that is used for various devices.

It offers a variety of functions, which can be used differently depending on the user’s controller proficiency.

Provides a version of the Mach3 demo.
