Easy Servo Motor & Driver

A driver that is equipped with high-precision encoder that is a combination of Easy Servo Motor and Vector Closed-loop technology.

By reducing motor vibration and greatly improving speed, the processing speed and accuracy of the machine is increased while reducing power consumption.

High-precision ball screw

High-precision ball screw that provides repeatability and location accuracy.

It features high accuracy, and smooth movement. In addition, it is given a thorough heat treatment to prevent rust and corrosion. Our ball screw is a highly reliable product with a strict quality assurance system.

Control box

The control box consists of: A power switch, emergency stop button, and an inverter knob of the TOOLI CNC equipment.

The inverter can precisely control the RPM of the spindle by using a digital meter according to processed material. An emergency stop button can shut down the power at any time to stop the machine from working.

Hand controllers

Our hand controllers are CNC specialized motion controllers attached to the control box of our embedded systems.

Therefore, the Tooli CNC can be operated independently without need for a separate computer.

In addition to being easy to use, it is guaranteed to have high precision, accuracy and reliability.

High Performance Shaft

The linear bearing is characterized by low friction resistance, smooth movement and high accuracy. Used in combination with the guide shaft, it enables smooth motion using the bearings.

The shafts are chrome-plated high carbon steel to prevent rust and corrosion while maintaining strong, lasting durability.

Aluminium all-in-one bed + clamp

Aluminium integral bed + clamp.

A hard anodised aluminum all-in-one bed. It is far more precise than the profile bed.

It can be processed more reliably and precisely than the profile bed because of its weight. Additionally, various materials can be easily secured using the provided ‘NURUMI’ clamps.

UCANCAM software (optional)

2D only CAM software. Vector data (DXF, Ai…) to be recalled, cut, etched, embossed, monochrome, handwriting, etc.

CAM software that makes it relatively easy to handle simple 2D tasks.
