It is equipped with an aluminum one-piece bed, which is a feature of the Tooli, to increase stability and tolerances during the machining process. It is highly stable, and secure for most materials to be worked on.

This particular line of our models comes with a machining area of ​​400x600x80mm and weighs about 79kg.

Upon delivery, wrenches, endmills, and hold-down clamp sets are provided in the toolbox are provided as per our standard service.

Delivery to Higgs Co., Ltd.

We delivered the #CNC engraver Toolly-46H model of Board Tech & David to Higgs Co., Ltd. located in Daejeon.

Along with TOOLI-46H CNC, a dedicated case & stand were purchased as an option.

The CNC case prevents external dust from accumulating on the CNC, and the case blocks the residues from splashing out during CNC processing, making it easy to clean and helping maintain a clean working environment.

Delivery to Company in Jinju

Tooli46-H, tool for Research Laboratories

[Boardtech & David]’s new TOOLI series is receiving many orders these days.

This time, the TOOLI-46H model and CNC table & stand were delivered together as a set to INI Tech Co., Ltd. located in Jinju.

It was installed in the wearable piezoelectric technology research center called [INI Tech].

The TOOLI-46H model has a working area of ​​400x600x80mm and adopts an aluminum integrated bed so that the material can be fixed without shaking during material processing, and the bed is machined so that the work area can be processed 1:1 without any error in the jig area.

Engraving Tool for learning, Tooli-34H

In the last post, I informed you of the delivery review of the TOOLI23-H model from the [Thermal Materials Management Lab] at [Chung-Ang University].

Today, I would like to introduce the TOOLI34-P integrated model of the [Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chung-Ang University], which was delivered on the same day as the one in [Chungang University].

Due to the fact that there is no need to purchase a separate table, and the optimal configuration for space utilization, TOOLI CNC series are often selected as machines for schools for educating the minds of the future.

The [Department of Mechanical Engineering] chose the PRO type, which is the most high-end product from our Tooli series.

We finished delivery to two departments of Chung-Ang University and our delivery team completed both the education and testing. I would like to thank Chung-Ang University once again.

Thermal Materials Management Lab at Chung-Ang University

Research Lab Tool: Tooli23-H

Last year, the [Thermal Materials Management Lab at Chung-Ang University] ordered the TOOLI23-H model, a product of Board Tech & David.

They have purchased an additional case as a model equipped with an air-cooled spindle on an aluminum integrated bed.

The TOOLI CNC case prevents noise and dust during processing, and the front, back, and sides can be opened for easy cleaning.

With a design suitable for any space, the machine’s small size is an ideal maker space machine.

After completing the installation of the CNC engraver TOOLI23-H model in the [Thermal Materials and Mass Transfer Lab of Chung-Ang University], the delivery team proceeded with education and testing, which, to say the least left our clients more than satisfied.

Tool for Hanyang National University’s Creator Lab: Tooli-34P

More often times than not, our CNC routers are ordered and used by several universities, and research institutes not only for their compact design and cost-effective ability to work with whatever material that it is given. Among our series, Tooli-P series is one of the most popular among our products, and as such, the Hanyang National University’s ‘Erica Nano Intelligent Processing Lab’ has ordered our machine [Tooli-34P] + complete set for their use.

Our complete selection comes with a stand, as well as the case so that your working area stays clean

The Tooli-34P has a workspace of 290x390x90mm and the fixed aluminum bed gives it incredible security with the material that the operator works with. In addition, thanks to the 1.2kw air-cooled spindle that spins the endmill at 24,000 RPM, the raw power generated from it allows the machine to mill and work with materials such as aluminum, acrylic, wood, PVC, and among many other things.

We strive no less than the very best when offering our products to customers.

In order to use the machine, however, our Tooli-P series line of products comes with our precision control panel and MPG hand controller, which allows for precise, small movements if the operator needs it. This uses the ARM+FPGA framework. The ARM uses a human-computer interface and code translation, while FPGA makes a basic algorithm and generates pulses to allow for safe, and secure milling of the materials.

Thanks to the East Servo Motor we’ve attached, it allows for the work speed of 5,000mm/min.

While UCANCAM is part of our complete option, but as long as the operator’s chosen CAM software is able to produce G-codes from the DXF file to transfer into the operator’s USB drive, our machine is designed to work regardless. Therefore, it is highly flexible with whatever CAM software our customer chooses to use.

A while ago, the Industry-University Cooperation Team of Eastern Seoul National University recently purchased one of our Tooli CNC routers, a Tooli-46H for their use. With our complete package option as per our contract, it has come with both the stand, as well as the case for the delivery.

The Tooli-47H series has a work size of 400x600mm., and comes with our signature remote. The case as the part of our optional items that it comes with allows for a much cleaner work environment while blocking any sort of debris that would go outside, or inside the machine while it is working all the while it being observable from the safe distance of the operator.

Our air-cooled spindle has a maximum rotation of 24,000 RPM and is operated with 1.2kw and to keep what materials the operator works with in its place while keeping the vibrations of the machine down, we have fixed the entire work bed directly onto the machine. While heavier, it allows for the end result of the working product to be extraordinarily clean and smooth from start to finish.

The reason why it is able to achieve such seamless movement to achieve such a high-quality finish is due to the Easy Servo Motor & Encoder that comes attached to our machine, and all of it is attached to our premium-made control box that is both sleek and modern, which is exceedingly popular with our clients due to its simplistic, minimalist design.

The DSP Tooli hand controller attached to it is relatively large, so we attached a handle on the side of the case so that the operator may use it hands-free if they so choose.

Korea Energy Research Institute Delivery

Tool for the research institute: Tooli-69

Not too long ago, Korea Energy Research Institute located in Jeju-do has ordered a CNC engraver [TOOLI-69] model due to a need for a machine with an exceptional performance rating in terms of quality, as well as cost.

The delivery route to Jeju Island is far from Incheon, but it was a pleasant delivery time for a while, and we forgot about the long journey in the beautiful scenery to see the West Sea and other clean Jeju seas.

[TOOLI-69] CNC machine was installed right next to the laser cutting machine [NOVA51] that was delivered by us back in 2017.

David’s products, both in design and in performance, create a wonderful workplace.

The size of the work bed is 670*1190mm, and an aluminum integrated bed is installed for more stable machining.

The machining area is 640*890*900mm excluding the jigging area.

As a showing, we’ve processed wood and acrylic in order to show how our machine works as part of our educational demonstration by our delivery team. We would like to thank the Korean Energy Research Institute for showing interest and buying our machine.

Delivery to Taesung Environmental Research Institute Co.

Tool for the research institute: Tooli-69

Recently we have completed a delivery of our [Tooli-69] to Taesung Environmental Research Institute Co. located at Ulsan, Ulji-gun. It is one of the much bigger products we have available, that requires strict testing and quality assurance to meet the high standards our customers have of us as with rest of our machines.

This particular model stands at 600 x 900 x 100mm., and can work with acrylic, aluminum, wood, brass, and other base metals as its working materials. In addition to being one of the larger of our models, its total work size is 1300 x 2500mm., which is a lot more spacious compared to most of our Tooli series.

It also features our signature 2.2kw air-cooled high-speed spindle that spins at 24,000RPM.

Tooli-69 control box

This is the Tooli control box. It features the following: A power button, an emergency stop button, and an inverter knob that controls the RPM of the machine’s spindle. The operator can quite easily keep track of the rate at which the spindle turns by looking at the digital screen.

A controller for Tooli-69 has a port to insert a USB into.

Attached to the control box is our signature controller. By using the DSP as means of processing the data from the USB containing the G-Code, our hand controller can very much easily perform whatever tasks the operator has in mind.

A fixed, all-in-one profile style bed.

Therefore, in order to keep the work as accurate as possible, our [Tooli-69] features a fixed machine bed that also has chrome-plated LM-guide rails. Though it is heavy, the weight itself allows the machine to be incredibly secure in its place while keeping the vibrations down to cause an as minimal error to the work as possible.

Should the machine need to work with base metals such as aluminum, our Tooli-69 comes equipped with a mist-spraying device to protect the endmill.

Double Delivery to Surgident .Ltd

Tools for R&D department: Tooli-46H

One of our newest customers, Surgident is one of the biggest Biotech producers in Korea

We at Boardtech & David do our utmost best to deliver satisfaction to our customers, and recently we have completed a delivery to Surgident, a company located in Daegu that was in need of two of our products. Allow us to introduce one of our newest models: Tooli-46H.

This new, high-quality product stands at 400x600x80mm (40x60x8cm), and features a fixed aluminum bed made with both weight and balance in mind allows for a high-quality work without disturbance to the models.

It is also equipped with an air-cooled spindle, and with such a big industry working with aluminum quite often, our specially made mist coolant lubrication spray system has been attached for ease of work.

Included with the machine is our attached Tooli hand controller. This feature allows for easy machining, numerical control and adjustment without the need to manually plugging it in near or be close to the PC. All one needs is just a feasible USB to transfer the data from the computer, and into our provided controller.

Here we see our Tooli logo. It is minimalistic, as well as quite modern. Our team put a lot of time and effort designing this, and our warning stickers can be seen quite clearly on the front face of the machine to help warn the workers of the potential safety hazards while working with our machine.

Like all of our product listed here on the site, all of our spindles spins at 24,000RPM and is air-cooled using a high-rotary fan to offset the building heat. Also with our Easy Servo Motor, a lot of the vibrations and potential heat-build is mitigated, and in turn, it increases the production speed and efficiency by several times.

This control box includes main power switch, emergency stop button and inhibitor knob that allows for the control of speed which the spindle turns. In doing so, the worker can keep track of the speed by looking at the digital screen attached to the control box. Of course, should one need it, the emergency button can be pressed to stop the work at any given time
