Easy Servo Motor & Driver

A driver that is equipped with high-precision encoders that is a combination of Easy Servo Motor, and closed-loop vector control technology.

By reducing motor vibration and greatly improving speed, the processing speed and accuracy of the machine is increased while reducing power consumption.

High-precision ball screw

High-precision ball screw that provides repeatability and location accuracy.

Features high accuracy, smooth movement. and surface heat treatment to prevent rust and corrosion.

LM Guide

High-precision LM guides provides high precision and seamless movement.

The Guide Rails are chrome-plated high carbon steel, which prevent rust and corrosion while maintaining a strong, lasting durability.

Control box(All-in-one body)

The control box consists of: A power switch, emergency stop button, and inverter knob of the TOOLI CNC equipment.

The inverter can precisely control the number of spindles by using a digital meter according to processed material. An emergency stop button can shut down the power at any time to stop the machine from working.

Hand controllers

Hand controllers are CNC specialized motion controllers based on embedded systems.

Our Tooli CNC can be operated independently without need for a separate computer.

In addition to being easy to use, it is guaranteed to have high precision, accuracy and reliability.

Aluminium all-in-one bed + clamp

Aluminium integral bed + clamp.

A hard anodised aluminum all-in-one bed. It is far more precise than the profile bed.

It can be processed more reliably and precisely than the profile bed because of its weight. Additionally, various materials can be easily secured using the provided ‘NURUMI’ clamps.

UCANCAM software (optional)

2D only CAM software. Vector data (DXF, Ai…) to be recalled, cut, etched, embossed, monochrome, handwriting, etc.

CAM software that makes it relatively easy to handle simple 2D tasks.
